Conditions, clinical boundaries, and user responsibilities applicable to healthcare, wellness, and AI-enabled care services.

Effective Date: 22 August 2026 Last Updated: 22 August 2026 Sehat Graph Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

CRITICAL EMERGENCY NOTICE — NOT AN ER REPLACEMENT

SehatGraph is not an emergency medical service. Do NOT rely on SehatGraph, AI co-pilots, online consultations or telemetry alerts during a life-threatening crisis. Immediately contact national emergency lines (102 or 108) or report to the nearest hospital casualty emergency room.

01 Purpose

These Terms of Care (“Terms of Care”) explain the conditions and responsibilities applicable to healthcare, wellness, medical-information and technology-enabled care services provided or facilitated through SehatGraph, operated by Sehat Graph Technologies Private Limited (“SehatGraph”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms are intended to help users understand the nature and limitations of healthcare services available through the SehatGraph platform.

These Terms of Care should be read together with our Terms of Use / Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, DPDP Compliance Policy, and Consent & Data Rights Policy.

02 Nature of SehatGraph Services

SehatGraph is a technology-enabled healthcare and wellness platform.

Depending on availability, location and applicable requirements, SehatGraph may facilitate: Doctor consultations, appointment scheduling, laboratory and diagnostic services, pharmacy and medicine-related services, digital health records, health and wellness information, AI-powered health assistance, AI symptom analysis, AI report analysis, AI health insights, and fitness and wellness assistance. The availability of specific services may vary.

03 Healthcare Professional Services

Where you consult a doctor or other healthcare professional through SehatGraph, the healthcare professional is responsible for the professional medical service provided.

Healthcare professionals independently determine: Diagnosis, Treatment, Prescription, Clinical recommendations, Follow-up requirements, and Referrals. SehatGraph provides technology and service infrastructure to facilitate access and does not replace the professional judgment of a qualified healthcare provider.

04 No Guarantee of Medical Outcome

Healthcare outcomes can vary between individuals. SehatGraph does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment outcome, recovery from a medical condition, effectiveness of a particular medicine, accuracy of every healthcare prediction, or availability of a specific healthcare professional. Medical decisions should always be made in consultation with certified doctors.

05 AI-Assisted Healthcare

SehatGraph may provide AI-powered features including AI Health Assistant, AI Symptom Analyzer, AI Report Analyzer, AI Health Prediction, AI Fitness Coach, and personalised insights.

AI-generated information is intended to provide technology-enabled assistance and informational support. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not automatically be treated as a medical diagnosis, prescription, definitive clinical opinion, emergency advice, or replacement for professional care.

06 AI Health Predictions

Health predictions, risk assessments, scores or insights generated by SehatGraph are based on available information and technology. Such predictions are not guarantees of future health outcomes and should not be interpreted as definitive confirmation of disease onset.

07 Medical Report Analysis

If you use SehatGraph to analyse a medical or laboratory report, the platform may provide explanations, summaries or AI-generated insights. These outputs are intended to assist in understanding technical reports and should not replace professional medical interpretation. For abnormal or concerning results, consult an appropriately qualified physician immediately.

08 Doctor Consultation

Where doctor consultation services are available: Appointment availability and consultation duration may vary; the doctor may request additional information, recommend further tests, or advise an in-person physical consultation; the doctor may prescribe medicines where legally appropriate or decline remote treatment when an in-person examination is clinically warranted.

09 Laboratory and Diagnostic Services

Where laboratory or diagnostic services are booked through SehatGraph, services are executed by independent certified laboratories or diagnostic partners. Sample collection and report turnaround times are governed by the partner laboratory's clinical protocols.

10 Medicines and Pharmacy Services

Where pharmacy services are available, orders are fulfilled by licensed partner pharmacies. Prescriptions are mandatory for scheduled drugs. Users must take medicines only as directed by a healthcare professional. SehatGraph strictly opposes self-medication.

11 Emergency Medical Situations

SehatGraph is not an emergency medical service. Do not rely solely on digital applications in an emergency. If you experience severe chest pain, breathing distress, loss of consciousness, severe trauma, or acute neurological deficits, immediately summon local emergency paramedics or go to a hospital ER.

12 User Health Information

Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful medical history, current medications, drug allergies, and symptoms. Incomplete or misleading information may severely impact clinical safety and consultation accuracy.

13 Digital Health Records

Digital health records depend on information submitted by users and integrated clinics. Users should verify critical medical numbers and preserve original copies of essential clinical records.

14 Privacy of Health Information

Health information is treated with highest security standards under our Privacy Policy, DPDP Compliance Policy, and Security & Data Protection framework.

15 Consent for Healthcare Services

Certain healthcare features require explicit informed consent prior to data transmission or doctor review. Users may withdraw consent at any time via in-app controls, subject to statutory retention limits.

16 Third-Party Healthcare Providers

Independent doctors, hospitals, laboratories, and pharmacies maintain independent statutory, ethical, and clinical obligations under applicable law.

17 Service Availability

Healthcare services are subject to regional coverage, clinical doctor capacity, laboratory hours, and local regulations. SehatGraph reserves the right to modify service availability where necessary.

18 User Responsibility

Users agree to provide accurate information, follow doctor instructions, avoid medicine misuse, protect login credentials, and seek emergency hospital care when needed.

19 Healthcare Safety

Never delay or disregard clinical evaluation based on AI summaries, health scores, or educational wellness articles.

20 Children and Healthcare Services

For minors and children, a parent or legal guardian must provide verifiable consent and supervise consultations in compliance with DPDP rules.

21 Cancellation and Refunds

Service cancellations and refund criteria for consultations and lab tests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

22 Service Limitations

SehatGraph is not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete user data, medicine misuse, delayed emergency attendance, or third-party clinician decisions to the extent permitted by law.

23 Reporting a Healthcare Concern

If you have concerns regarding a doctor consultation, lab report, pharmacy order, or AI output, please contact support@sehatgraph.com or our privacy team at Support@sehatgraph.com.

24 Updates to These Terms
