No Physical Shipping Required
SehatGraph offers entirely digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions and wellness telemetry services. There are no physical cards, boxes, or products shipped to your delivery address.
I. Immediate Activation & Account Provisioning
Once your upgrade to SehatGraph Pro or Gold/VIP is authorized via our secure Razorpay PG, the activation sequence triggers automatically:
- Provisioning speed: Database allocations and telemetry channel permissions upgrade instantly (typically within 5 to 10 seconds).
- Authentication: Premium vitals metrics (ECG waveform visualization, SpO2 detailed staging, Unlimited OCR parsing slots) unlock inside your mobile application session immediately.
- Receipt: A digital billing invoice containing server tokens, tax breakdown (GST), and confirmation metrics is automatically dispatched to your email address within 2 minutes.
II. How to Access Premium Vitals
To begin using your newly provisioned Pro or Gold services:
- Open the SehatGraph application on your smartphone, or load the web dashboard.
- Ensure you are logged in using the exact email credentials used during checkout.
- Your account status will display "Active PRO" or "GOLD VIP". All clinical OCR analysis and wearable telemetry modules are now unblocked for your session.
III. Provisioning Fault Resolution
In rare cases of database latency or network drops during Razorpay callback hooks, your account upgrade may be delayed. If your features are not active within 15 minutes of payment:
Please notify our technical support desk at support@sehatgraph.in with your transaction reference. A database engineer will manually reconcile your payment signature and force-allocate your storage vault.
