How Deletion Works
When you submit a deletion request, SehatGraph initiates a multi-stage verification and permanent purge cycle across our cloud database nodes.
Profile & Credentials Purge
Your legal name, password hashes, linked mobile number, and Google Health Connect sync tokens are permanently erased from session tables.
Wearable Telemetry & Vitals Scrub
All recorded heart rate waveforms, SpO2 trends, ECG wave logs, sleep phases, and steps telemetry are permanently scrubbed.
Lab Reports & Biomarker Records
OCR scanned blood biomarker databases and uploaded clinical documents are permanently destroyed.
30-Day Reversible Grace Window
To guard against accidental deletion, requests remain in a queued grace window for 30 days before permanent irreversible purge.

01 Your Right to Request Deletion
At Sehat Graph Technologies Private Limited (“SehatGraph”), we respect your rights regarding your personal data.
Subject to applicable law, you may request deletion of personal data that SehatGraph processes about you.
You may submit a Data Deletion Request if you want to delete your SehatGraph account or request deletion of eligible personal data associated with your account.
02 What You Can Request to Delete
Depending on the applicable service and legal requirements, you may request deletion of information such as:
- Account and profile information
- Contact information
- Health and wellness information
- Medical reports uploaded by you
- Prescriptions and medication information
- Laboratory and diagnostic records
- Consultation-related information
- AI interaction history and conversation logs
- Fitness and wearable telemetry logs
- Other personal information associated with your account
Deletion of certain information may affect your ability to use particular SehatGraph services.
03 How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

Your request should preferably include: Full name, registered mobile number, registered email address, details of the information you want deleted, and whether you want to delete your complete account or specific information.
Please do not send unnecessary medical or sensitive information with your request.
04 Identity Verification
For your security, SehatGraph may request reasonable information to verify that the request has been submitted by the relevant Data Principal or an authorised person.
This verification process helps prevent unauthorised deletion or access to another person's information. We will only request information reasonably necessary for verification.
05 What Happens After Your Request
After receiving a Data Deletion Request, SehatGraph will:
- Verify the request.
- Identify the relevant personal data.
- Determine whether the data is eligible for deletion.
- Delete or securely dispose of eligible information.
- Retain information where required or permitted by applicable law.
- Inform you of the outcome or any applicable limitation.
06 Information That May Need to Be Retained
Some information may not be immediately deleted where retention is required or permitted by applicable law, including for legal obligations, regulatory requirements, accounting and financial records, tax compliance, fraud prevention, security purposes, dispute resolution, enforcement of legal rights, or statutory healthcare records.
Where information must be retained, SehatGraph will seek to limit its use to the lawful purpose for which it is retained.
07 Account Deletion
If you request complete account deletion, SehatGraph may delete or deactivate information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.
Once account deletion is completed, certain services may no longer be available to you. Account deletion may not automatically delete information that a third-party healthcare provider, laboratory, pharmacy, or payment provider is legally required to retain.
08 Medical and Health Records
If you request deletion of health-related information, SehatGraph will assess the request according to applicable legal, regulatory and service requirements. Where deletion is permitted, eligible health information will be permanently and securely scrubbed.
09 AI Data and Interactions
If you request deletion of personal information associated with AI-enabled SehatGraph services (AI conversations, report analysis requests, symptom inquiries, health insights), we will assess and process the request in accordance with applicable law and retention policies.
10 Previous Lawful Processing
Deletion of personal data does not invalidate or reverse processing that was lawfully carried out before the deletion request was completed.
11 Security During Deletion
SehatGraph takes reasonable measures to ensure that personal data identified for deletion is securely deleted, anonymised or otherwise appropriately handled across active database clusters and relevant backup cycles.
12 Third-Party Service Providers
Where personal data has been processed by authorised service providers on behalf of SehatGraph, we take appropriate steps consistent with contractual arrangements and applicable law regarding deletion or handling of that data.
13 Request Status
If additional information is required to process your request, SehatGraph will contact you using the email or phone number associated with your account within prescribed statutory timelines.
14 If Your Request Cannot Be Completed
If we cannot fully delete particular information because it is required or permitted to be retained under applicable law, we will communicate the applicable limitation clearly. Such data will be retained solely for the lawful purpose and guarded with high-grade security safeguards.
