SehatGraph is a technology-enabled healthcare and wellness platform designed to help users access, organise and understand healthcare-related information and services.

Depending on availability and the services selected by the user, SehatGraph may provide or facilitate: Digital health records, Doctor consultations, Appointment services, Laboratory test services, Medicine or pharmacy-related services, AI-powered health assistance, AI symptom analysis, AI report analysis, AI health insights and predictions, Fitness and wellness assistance, Health and wellness information, and other healthcare technology services.

Specific services may vary by location, availability and applicable regulatory requirements.

You may use SehatGraph only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you are using SehatGraph on behalf of another person, organisation or entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so. Where services involve children or minors, applicable parental or lawful guardian requirements must be followed.

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate information, keep your account information updated, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, not share your account with unauthorised persons, notify us of suspected unauthorised access, and use the platform only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

SehatGraph may facilitate access to doctors, healthcare professionals, laboratories, pharmacies and other healthcare service providers.

Where a service is provided by an independent healthcare provider or third party, that provider may be responsible for the professional service delivered by them.

SehatGraph does not replace qualified healthcare professionals.

Information available through SehatGraph, including AI-generated information, educational content, health scores, predictions, recommendations and report explanations, is intended to provide general informational and technology-enabled assistance.

It should not automatically be considered a medical diagnosis, prescription, definitive clinical opinion, emergency medical advice, or substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

In an emergency, seek immediate medical assistance through appropriate emergency services (102 / 108 in India).

SehatGraph may use artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies to provide features such as AI Health Assistant, AI Symptom Analyzer, AI Report Analyzer, AI Health Prediction, AI Fitness Coach, AI Wellness Assistance, and personalised insights.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions or errors. You should independently verify important medical information with a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

SehatGraph does not guarantee that AI-generated information will always be accurate, complete, current or suitable for your individual circumstances.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide through SehatGraph is accurate and that you have the right or authority to provide it (including personal information, health records, reports, prescriptions, and information relating to family members). You must not knowingly upload or provide information that you are not authorised to provide.

SehatGraph may provide functionality for storing, organising or accessing health-related information. Digital health records are dependent on the information available to the platform and may not always represent a complete medical history. Users should verify important information and maintain appropriate copies of critical medical records where necessary.

Where doctor consultation services are available: Doctors may be independent healthcare professionals or service partners; consultation availability may vary; medical advice is provided by the relevant healthcare professional; SehatGraph facilitates communication, scheduling and payment; and professional medical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating healthcare professional. SehatGraph does not guarantee a particular medical outcome.

Where laboratory test booking or diagnostic services are available, testing is performed by independent laboratories or service partners. Sample collection, testing and reports are subject to the laboratory's procedures. Test results should be interpreted by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where necessary.

Where medicine or pharmacy services are available, orders are fulfilled by authorised pharmacies or service partners. Prescription requirements apply where prescribed by law. Delivery timelines may vary. Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery and prescription information. SehatGraph does not encourage self-medication or misuse of medicines.

Certain SehatGraph services may require payment or subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Prices, subscription plans, applicable taxes, payment terms, refunds and cancellation conditions will be communicated through the relevant service. Payment processing may be handled by authorised third-party payment providers.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms communicated at the time of purchase. Different services may have different cancellation or refund conditions.

You may upload or submit information, documents, images, reports, questions, feedback or other content through SehatGraph (“User Content”). You retain your rights in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you provide SehatGraph with permissions reasonably necessary to store, process, transmit and display that information for the purpose of providing requested Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You must not: Use SehatGraph for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems; access another user's account without permission; upload malicious code; interfere with platform security; scrape platform data without permission; misrepresent your identity; abuse healthcare professionals; or circumvent security controls. We may take appropriate legal and technical action where misuse is detected.

The SehatGraph platform, software, design, branding, logos, graphics, text, interfaces, databases, technology and original content are owned by or licensed to Sehat Graph Technologies Private Limited unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is prohibited.

SehatGraph may integrate with or provide access to third-party services. Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and standards. SehatGraph does not control all aspects of third-party services.

We aim to provide reliable and secure Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or force majeure circumstances.

SehatGraph may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any feature or Service from time to time. Where appropriate, we may provide notice of significant changes.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or Service where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse, security threats, or legal/regulatory requirements.

Your use of SehatGraph is governed by our Privacy Policy, DPDP Compliance Policy, Consent & Data Rights Policy, Security & Data Protection Policy, and Grievance Redressal mechanism. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SehatGraph will not be responsible for losses arising from: Reliance solely on AI-generated information; decisions made without appropriate professional medical consultation; third-party healthcare services; temporary platform unavailability; incorrect information supplied by users; or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SehatGraph from claims, losses or liabilities arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights caused by your actions or User Content.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.

SehatGraph may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, technology, products and Services, business practices, or security requirements. The updated version will be published on our website with the revised Last Updated date.
